"Unless my death is imminent, this will be the last time I ever visit this hospital as a patient. From the first interaction at triage, to the last interaction with the nurse and PA, I was thoroughly disappointed. The triage clerk (not a certified professional) told me that I "probably" had kidney stones. Let it be known, that I did not have a single kidney stone nor was he qualified to give any sort of diagnosis. He did not take my temperature, he did not apply the blood pressure cuff correctly, and did not acknowledge or make note of any of my previous health issues that I brought up. Knowing that the BP cuff was placed too high and noting that my BP was abnormally high, I pointed out that this is not only unusual but also much much higher than my reports from the previous two days and he said "it's always different." I was then told I was "fast-tracked" but not called back until over 3 hours later. At that point, a triage nurse came to check in and was shocked to hear about my previous surgeries and issues as that triage clerk did not put anything in my chart. Fairly certain the staff forgot about me at one point because the nurse asked ME if I had my CT scan already. Nearly 3 hours had passed without a scan and I miraculously was wheeled away just minutes later. The best part of my 10 hour visit was the patient liaison. They were friendly, caring, and understanding. Another employee told us they did not understand why this hospital operates so slowly and informed us that we may get some answers on MyChart before we were able to meet with a doctor. (They were correct.) After nearly 10 hours at the ER, I was told that my results were fairly inconclusive and the doctor decided to treat me as though I had a X. My X results have been negative for three days in a row, but they were essentially admitting that they didn't know what else to do. Not only was this a waste of an entire day, but I have absolutely zero confidence in my care and diagnosis."

"If I could do 0 stars I would. This isn’t a hospital, you don’t care about the people. I see all these reviews and I completely agree with them. Girlfriend has been sitting in the ER waiting room for 4 1/2 hours with intense retroperitoneal pain and is still waiting on a bed in the ER. How shameful you guys are, a disgrace to call yourself a hospital. Don’t even bother sending me your automated response about “how much we enjoy your feedback.” How about you do better and realize your system isn’t working and you need to revamp it or hire people who actually care and want to work and help the people of your community. Do better and think with your heads, not your wallets."

"Went to the ER for my step-dad who had fallen the night before. He was unable to walk and had hit his head and his right side. He got to the ER around 11-11:30 AM. The did a CT scan and some blood work. I arrived there at 5:30 PM. They were still waiting to be seen by a doc. I had to leave at 10:30. They were still there waiting when I called them at 1:30 AM. My sister-in-law was there in my place and when it go to be 3:30 and still wasn't taken back they came home. This is inexcusable for a 95-year-old man to be left in the waiting room that long. Now we have to figure out where we can go to get the treatment he needs."

"First of All I will never step a foot in this hospital… this morning my husband call the ambulance for me got there around 2pm now it’s 7:27 I haven’t seen anyone… this horrible…. Now out of no where they come about 7: 28 to do my vital sight … im very disappointed about this hospital… next time I won’t come here I better off going to a walking clinic… I felt like if I was in the critical position they would let me die… I was crying all day at the hospital the only excuse they had is no room … this insane… just do your self a favor if you have an extremely urgent like I have with extreme headache and blood pressure 175 /110 like I had …. Don’t come they don’t care"
