"I picked up 4 arrangements for Valentine's Day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I later looked at my credit card statement seeing that I had been charged twice which was a substantial amount. I called to get the double charge resolved. The owner picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me that this was a bank issue and not her problem and proceeded to hang up on me. I was polite and there was no reason to hang up the phone. I will never do business with this company again nor will any of my family/friends. Very disappointing."

"The lady that runs this place is very friendly. The selection in smaller, but she always has nice, fresh flowers. She once let me take flowers to my wife in the hospital without paying at that time, since I didn’t carry cash (her card machine wasn’t working at the time). I obviously paid her a couple days later, plus an extra $20 for letting my take them, but she has great character, and I won’t buy flowers anywhere else."
