"Very rude and unsafe driver. Driving on a highway with cruise control on. Driver following so close I could not even see the headlights in my mirror. Kept jumping back and forth between regular lane and passing lane, laying on the horn, and following too closely. Will not say it's all their drivers, as another had passed moments before. Other than speeding, no issues."
