"One of their Lacy’s drivers forced my car out of my driving lane into the oncoming traffic lane on 4/2/19, when I was driving along Lancaster Pike (Rte 41) in Hockessin, DE. I called the company immediately after it happened to tell them that their driver could have killed me & other drivers who might have been in the oncoming lane!. Thank God there was no traffic in that oncoming lane at that moment, or I would have hit the other car “head on”!!! I told the Company rep., Craig M., that their driver intentionally ran me out of my lane by trying to merge ontop of my car, thereby forcing me into the oncoming traffic lane. Craig M., told me that he would speak to the driver & get back to me the next day. The next day, Craig M., didn’t seem too concerned about the whole incident & said that he didn’t need to do anything about it, other than document it & get the driver’s story! He seemed to believe whatever excuse the crazed, careless driver gave him! There was no plan to reprimand the driver or suspend the driver for such careless “road rage” activity!!! Craig M. didn’t even want to hear anything more from me about the incident, because whenever I tried to express my opinion he kept saying “are you done?”. There was not even an apology offered! I called the NJ Dept of Transprtation to report the incident, & left a voicemail. I hope that the state office will look into this matter, and show more concern about the fact that there is a very dangerous Lacy’s driver who is allowed to engage in “road rage” on the roads of NJ, DE & PA. Mary A."
