I used an assisted purchase service and I wish I would go with a different company. If you want to save time and money for many international phone calls look for service elsewhere"

"Complete disaster. Started with my mistake, I didn't update my address so my order got stuck in customs and was subsequently returned to Global Shopaholics after some months. Then I got an email notification that free storage for this package would be only for one more month, so I set it up to be shipped. After that, my package was listed under "outgoing" on the dashboard for weeks, until I contacted customer service about it via chat. (Not that I didn't try earlier but there was no good way to reach them before.) They told me that the package had been destroyed. It's listed under "outgoing" till this day, by the way. Never again."

"Missing Shipment / shipment was lost Don’t Recommend them as one of the package was lost, and I found some others actually have had the same issue . This never ever happened to me with other shipping companies such as Shop & Ship from Aramex , or MYUS , Direct shipping from sites such as Amazon etc. imagine you order a valuable shipment and it was lost for some reason. And the idea you wouldn’t get your money back is a red flag to me However, If you want to deal with them SIGNATURE REQUIRED is a must so you can minimize or even avoid the risks of losing any of your packages"

"Very unprofessional service and fraud If you order any item and get it delivered to Global Shopaholics, they open your package and upload it in My Storage of your account in Global Shopaholics. They give you the US address for storage of your item for free, this is a trap since all freight forwarder companies give you US address on membership basis. Initially everything works fine for less expensive package, but when your item is expensive, they stole your package and blame the carrier for loss of your package. They handle many packages everyday, so they will be having a good relation with shipping companies. Now despite giving the proof of delivery from the carrier they don't want to contact shipping agency to know where the package was delivered. When you ask about your lost package they keep on pushing everyday with the same reason. Initially Steve, Emma, Liza and Chris were responding, now they have kept BOT to respond you. Also to the mail, they don't reply. Waste of money and time. Not at all recommended. Now for this review also they have kept automated reply with same response to all the bad reviews."

"I am afraid some team members at the warehouse are currently retaliating against me for requesting to expedite the consolidation process. I have all communications documented. 1- once I sent a request to customer service to assign my last incoming parcel, they replied that they did not receive it. Although FedEx investigated and ruled that it was delivered to the right place and provided proof of the delivery. 2- I requested to consolidate the remaining items just to move on. Although I requested to consolidate items in one box, they spread them to 3 boxes and the shipping cost went from the average $200 to $1,910. All for 27 lbs only. Shipping ID J5DW1474. SN-37258 I am worried that the retaliation will go further and will cause me losses beyond my capability to recover them. Hence I took the conversation here because this platform is known to help people like me in need."
