"Ordered a waxed oil sponge, what came was like what you buy from the pound shop, for polishing your shoes, dry no product on it, but the shopenzer videos shows you brushing your sponge across a product of dull plastic and when you have brushed across it, it lookes ike new?? Wow a dry sponge what a complete and utter rip off, they charged me £14 for a 99p dry sponge, save your money people and don't buy of this rip of Chinese site."

"The product was delivered after six weeks waiting time. It was delivered wrongly, parts missing and beyond that even does not work. Now they say that I cannot return the product as I did not claim within the three days of delivery, which I could not , as I was on vacation while they delivered it. Obviously no good company."

"Very horrible company. Placed two different orders, non of them was delivered to me. I had multiple email communications with their support team, and every time they give me a different excuse. One time they said that my address is not complete, but it is complete. Then they said it is a delay from shipping company and then today they came back saying that my two packages have been damaged in transit and they will arrange a new shipment to be delivered to me. This has been going like this for over 3 weeks."
