BayRunner Shuttle

"Not a great experience. The driver didn't stop to get me...so at the appointed time, there was no shuttle. I called the office and they said the driver forgot to make the stop! He was all the way across the Bay Bridge (with 5 passengers). They turned around and came back to get me (25 minutes late). I felt badly for the other passengers! HOWever, I think I would try the service again, but will definitely call the morning of, to remind them of my reservation."

"Driver was fine and tipped in person. He was initially a bit grumpy but warmed up --probably because van was overloaded - too much luggage. Very helpful at end unloading. Traffic very heavy but he kept his cool. Responded perfectly when a jeep on passenger side lurched suddenly into his lane just west of Bay Bridge. I was watching this develop. from front seat. It happened so suddenly I could even warn him. But he handled it well."

"It seems that your business is picking up with more travelers each van ride, and more luggage. Those passengers with longer legs could use some consideration with future van purchases to offer more leg room or different seating configuration. Currently using the vans you have, perhaps option of small trailers to accommodate luggage on all runs that have full, or almost full, van occupancy would be helpful so long-legged passengers can at least sit sideways or stretch out in the passageways instead of having luggage crammed into every area, including front seat, and on laps. It would also ensure the driver can safely see out side mirror AND the rear view. Thank you! We have loved your service since inception, but it's getting to be tighter fits these days as more people find and use you!"
