"I just want to say that Heidi at the Madrag Store number 32 (2250 West Oregon Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19145) gave the most excellent customer service. She has been the most pleasant and helpful person I have ever come across while shopping at Madrag. She helped every customer in the store, AT THE SAME TIME..effortlessly all while exhibiting a patience, expertise accompanied by a smile. She should be the standard as she is a perfect example of the type of customer service that facilitates such a wonderful shopping experience."

"Just left Madrag and was helped by Rasheema a beautiful lady with a Great personality. Even though the store was closing and she may have been tired she made sure to sign me up for the rewards program. Now Myself along with my sister travel to all the madrags in Philadelphia including, The Cheltenham mall, The Roosevelt mall, Aramingo mall and no one told us about the rewards program. Rasheed gave great customer service. We will make this our go to store."

"Chile! I love shopping here. Sometimes the staff isn't as friendly or organized but then you have others who are at this location. All and all it is a sour and sweet situation. Great fashion and prices for the most part and the parking is awesome."

"If I can give -5 stars I would. The attitude was unbelievable, I asked about the fitting rooms and only got attitude. Obviously asking someone to do their job is to much. They were blocking the fitting room entrance and talking about work and cursing every other word. They didn't care about anything I couldn't ask for help. The store looked like a hot mess, if I didn't need what I needed I would of just left the min I walked in. I would NOT recommend this store. Customer service was disgusting I'm surprised they are still in business."
