And then when I call to ask how far my taxi is y’all tell me last minute that y’all wait time is 20-30 minutes. That is something that should’ve been said during me requesting the ride not 15 minutes past the time my taxi is scheduled. This company is disorganized and gives no regard to people who have places to be in a timely manner."

"I wish we didn't have to give a star because that don't deserve one at ALL.. They don't have dispatch in the country they're in the Philippines. I called at 7:51pm to reserve a cab i called at 9:08pm for them to tell me that the dispatch never put my car through, knowing they only have one driver on route so I'm sitting thinking it's getting closer to the time for the cab just for them to tell me no cab is on the way because the lady that took my call Never Put it through. I am so sick of key lime like they need to go out of business they don't never have any driver and then they over price 3ml is $16 smh..."
