I called at 7:51pm to reserve a cab i called at 9:08pm for them to tell me that the dispatch never put my car through, knowing they only have one driver on route so I'm sitting thinking it's getting closer to the time for the cab just for them to tell me no cab is on the way because the lady that took my call Never Put it through.
