"They are a total ripoff. The person who answers the phone is very rude. My kitchen sink was clogged and took them 2 days to fix it. Didn’t change the pipe. Used some chemicals to clear the drain. Charged me over 500. When called and asked. Told me that he charged 200 per hour for labor. Said his employees were at my property for 4 hours but charged me for 2. My concern was that the plumber took there sweet time and took 2 days for a 1 hour job."
