"I bought a fridge and stove for $1150 it took 3 weeks for them to deliver it the delivery person slammed the stove causing the oven to break they broke the door from the kitchen causing my food to spoil. The owner Luis took 2 days to come. He came at 1pm even after asking to come early trying to save my food. He could not fix their error. He told me he would bring me new ones in 2 days. Day 4 no communication from him. I call him no answer. He text me saying he will deliver on day 6-7 I told him I needed it pronto not at his convenience. He could not deliver new appliance he offered a refund. He then proceeds to claim there’s a made up policy of no delivery fee refund. Very unprofessional very ghetto DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE"

"Horrible customer service purchased an item multiple days ago now they will not answer any of my phone calls nor returned them very bad business practice I do not recommend anybody using these lowlifes"

"Where is the 0 Star Option? Sells broken stuff, doesnt replace nor return money, ignores message, calls, replies sometimes to give hope by saying soon, then ignores again, just to continue the scam. Have been without working appliance for weeks due to this unprofessional behavior. Avoid if you want to have working appliance. Most likely will be filing a lawsuit as father is a lawyer, wish me luck!"
