"I was about to go there to purchase a washer and dryer. I don't usually read reviews but I did. I would have still made the purchase but the owner who responded to one review was totally unprofessional. I understand that you don't want a negative review, but that is part of the job...part of the business. There will always be good and bad reviews. Unfortunately, if he responds this way over a simple review, I imagine he responds this way in his business as well...too unprofessional for my business. I will keep looking."

"DO NOT BUY A REFRIGERATOR FROM THIS PLACE. I paid $800 for a refrigerator that stays cool, not COLD! The store offers a warranty, to make repairs as long as you cover the parts, but he never answers the phone. According to my receipt, I’m within warranty."

"The NAMES Are Accurate and of Public RECORD this business! The have proven to be Unproductive and ignorant. I have all Communication to Prove my matter. My refrigerator had problems from the moment it was purchased!!! They Stalled to Avoid taking ownership of the Multiple problems ! All I’ve asked for them to do is Resolve the matter! They Refused, and instead are choosing to be combative about them selling a Non working appliance. BUYER BEWARE ! Reported them to BBB AND The State of NJ this matter will also be heard in court. "We bought a fridge from them and within a couple of days the freezer wouldn't work. They sent a repair guy out 3 different times to fix the problem bit he never got it working. She would exchange it but the stuff she was trying to give us in return wasn't even close to what we had. We finally found one and paid the extra 200 difference. From day 1 the ice maker wouldn't work. We gave it a week to reset and it didn't. We made yet another repair appointment the guy came out and told us it was the water filter so we went and spent the 50 dollars on a new filter and still didn't get ice. We called to let them know and schedule another appointment. They made 3 different appointments and each time the guy never showed up. Each time we called and texted and didn't get any answer till I basically threatened them that I want my money back. After the 3rd time of no show I'm done but yet they won't answer my messages. Do not buy from them they are con artists and sell junk. After I posted this review aweek laster she said she would not fix our fridge in till I take my negative post down. This is absolutely crazy that she's black mailing us. Horrible customer service I run my own painting business and if I ever treat a customer like she's treating us I wouldn't be in business"
