"Horrible experience, bad communication, kind of enforcer who won’t say anything just slap you upside the head without communicating. All of my dealings with this firm has been because a miscommunication (sending stuff to collections without a call and sending emails to the wrong email) with a payment processor. It’s been multiple months I tried negotiating with him, didn’t receive an update til today giving me a 3 day ultimatum to pay him without an invoice."
