"Super empty shelves. no one asked me if I needed assistance. When I finally tracked somebody down the girl didn't know the basics about anything in electronics. And then they direct you to go online. What a waste of resources.. this page needs to be shut down. It's a far cry from its glory days when I was a kid. It was a great place to work and they always trained everyone well. Now they just take whoever needs a job. Wish there was a half of star I could rate this Springfield pa location."

"Best Buy has finally hit rock bottom. Their staff is inattentive, inexperienced, and unhelpful. That description only scratches the surface. I have never seen a retail establishment that has literally dozens of people standing around doing absolutely nothing, and no interest in helping anyone."

"Scott in Installation for the radios was wonderful. He took his time he’s very knowledgeable. He did a nice clean job. I couldn’t ask for a better person to talk to or a better person installed my sons radio. He even walked my son through everything he was great."

"There’s more trash on the floor inside than in the parking lot, but the worst of it is behind the counter. A store manager was unable to sell me an item unless I bought a $50 plus membership! I know, right? I wouldn’t believe it myself, but with only two others left on the shelf anywhere in the greater Philadelphia area, they were going to wait. The plus membership discount would leave me paying less than $10 for the plan so I almost relented, but realized I would rather have surgery performed on me by one of these low life liars than have to contact Best Buy Customer Service for anything. Do you remember when Best Buy would check for a lower price and match it without even being asked to do so? I was recently told by their corporate office it’s just called a price match guarantee but not an actual one. The stores and online sales department do not have to honor it. This place makes me miss Circuit City."
