"Very poor service and highly disappointed. I would not recommend. The salesmen are very aggressive and try to sell you on a great service, but lacked complete follow through. We had more bugs after the service then before we started. Also, the lack of professionalism was mind boggling. On two separate occasions when they were scheduled to come, they cancelled the appointment. To be more specific, one of the technicians called me and asked me to cancel the appointment. Instead, I ended up cancelling the service because this was the second time that they canceled. Unfortunately, I was left holding the bag and am responsible for a $200 cancellation fee because I canceled a service that they were not conducting. I do not recommend adaptive service to anyone."

"The representatives were thorough in explaining the services to be provided and when the services would be delivered. They were both friendly, professional and communicated before and after services were provided either via text or in-person. This was my first visit. However, the technician was supposed to be out within 30 min - 6.5 hours later at 8:45 pm he shows up at my kids bed time. I was not thrilled, but I did admire their commitment to their word and understood that the young tech probably had a family himself. I believe they need to work on streamlining their processes, particularly scheduling technicians as it may help with reducing the costs to customers."
