First dispute it and then contact your credit bureaus via phone (Transunion, Experian, Equifax) and let them know that this company are not responding and they will gladly remove it. Please note, it has to be on your account for more than 6 months in order for them to remove! Hope this helps :)"

"I wish I could give negative stars. I have tried contacting this business for a few days now concerning a debt, it is impossible to get ahold of them. How are you supposed to resolve a debt with a negligent company? Can't believe my credit score is currently resting on this company's shoulders. Sad. I have and would encourage everyone to file a complaint through the BBB."

As everyone else mentions, you can only contact them by phone and it goes straight to a voicemail that they never answer and no one returns your call. There is no way to pay the debt.
