"At 7pm my exhaust stopped working and we could not get it to come back on. Without my exhaust fan, I am pretty much out of business! My electrician was at my place of business in 30 minutes, however, it was not an electrical problem and I had to find someone to take a look at either my belt, or my fan motor. I contacted Hoopes who cleans my system and they gave me CRS Hoods number. I called and texted them at 8pm in the evening, they responded and were out at my place of business at 7am the next morning. They were able to get my exhaust operating again and we were back in business. I can't thank CRS Hoods enough for their prompt service and exceptional customer service! This was the very first time I had used them, and I will be their customer for life!! They saved me and I will always be grateful!! You can not go wrong with CRS Hoods!!"

Samantha from CRS hoods started this process off by being so genuine, so professional, so caring and making me feel like I was part of the family. I explained my concerns, and explain the problems that I had with other hood companies, and she assured me that I would not have those problems with her and her company, and I did not. I had a guy lined up to install the hood system in my new commercial kitchen & he was a crook. Samantha reached out to me to see how things were going & when she called, I was literally crying. She asked how she could help & I asked her to take care of the install for me. She had her guy out the next day to measure the hood that I had purchased from a restaurant that closed. Then 3 days later, had my plans drawn up & overnighted to the State Fire Marshall for review. As soon as the plans were approved, she had her installers out to my kitchen the very next day.
