"Literally the absolute worst customer service and experience around the holidays. The website tells you when things are in stock so then you go to the store to purchase the item and because they’re too lazy to go look for it they tell you it’s not in stock then they try to upsell you something five times more expensive that’s on the shelf because they don’t feel like going to look for the other product that you’re actually there for. The website said this computer was in stock. We called five minutes before we arrived to the store to make sure it was still in stock. It was confirmed three times that this item was in stock. We get to the store and the guy says this one’s gonna be tricky. Let me see if I can find it comes back two minutes later said he talked to a care specialist and they said we don’t have this product and we don’t carry preowned products in the store. I explained I called three times every person I spoke to confirmed that they had this product. But he insist on selling something that cost three times that price."
"I call and call and no one ever answers the phone I let it ring for like two or three minutes at 11:15am for a sales associate; try to reach the GM also no answer; finally got a hold of them by email and got my question answered thanks"
