Only complaint was that I was never texted or notified that my shirts were ready for pickup, despite being told that I would be, which led to me having to call them. Minor inconvenience, but annoying if this is something that’s told to every customer but never honored."

"I was offered without asking a discount as a first customer. Friendly and honest. Great cleaning, pieces were like new. The one thing that to improve is that they stapled directly into the brand label in the interiors of the clothes. This leaves staples holes, and in designer clothes that is an issue. The one piece I care about I bought in Tokyo, it would be hard to replace - not that I can’t accept it! I just shouldn’t have to."
