"John & Chris promised The world on my case 3 years ago with a simple estate exchange and it still hasn't been done but their bill keeps adding up I don't think that's fair and when I say something I only get to put to a lower lawyer that they put on the case 2 years ago from their office and she's not helpful for AT ALL FOR ANYTHING. Everytime we ask her she tells us it's closer to being done & NOTHING."
