"I was looking for a cleaning company to come regularly, and I found A+ cleaning. I filled out the form on the website and selected a time and date for the cleaning. After giving all of my information I was quoted $150 and received an email confirmation with the date and time I requested. Then the owner/manager called with an indignant attitude claiming that it was impossible to book online. She also changed her pricing to $200 for a 4 bedroom. I should have stopped all contact here with the price changes and her gaslighting attitude, but I did not which was completely my mistake. The day before the cleaning I received two different appointment reminders - (1) for 9am like I had booked online and (1) for 2pm. The cleaning woman showed up at 12pm which was neither of the times we were given and when our child was napping. Only one woman arrived and spent less than 1.5 hrs "cleaning" our house. She also only cleaned three of the four bedrooms since we had a sleeping infant. I thought this seemed like a very short amount of time given that a different service spent 4 hours at our home, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. My husband then called the owner back to clarify payment and on the phone she told us that her cleaning woman admitted that she did not do a good job on our house! However, in true gaslighting fashion the owner/manager then said blamed us. Saying it was our fault that we didn't pick up everything off of the floors. Our kitchen cabinets weren't wiped down, our sinks were not cleaned, and standing water was left in our downstairs tub. I'm not sure how any of those oversights were a result of infant toys being left on the floor but alas it was our fault. Our only mistake was hiring an overpriced and unprofessional company that is looking to scam families down the shore."

"From forgetting a conversation I had with her a week before to complaining about having to open a cabinet to put out toilet paper and other essentials for incoming renters, I should have headed the red flags. Instead I paid her $280 for a so called deep clean of a less than 500 square ft condo. When I went in 3 days later to welcome renters I had to clean basic areas. When I sent her pictures of the unclean areas and told her to forget the rest of my cleaning dates, her only reply was :OK." No apology or offer of a refund, even a partial one."

"Due to a delay in renovations our original cleaner was unavailable and I needed someone next day. Diane was able to get me on the schedule last minute and was flexible with a change in start time. Nelson and Mara did an amazing job. They worked hard for several hours for a post construction deep clean. They cleaned the windows inside and out, vacuumed all the floors and inside all cabinets/drawers, scrubbed excessive amounts of dried grout off of tile throughout the entire apartment, and cleaned all the walls. They were friendly, professional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area needing a good deep clean. We will be using them in the future."
