"I didn't end up buying a pair of shoes, but I was there for at least an hour trying things on and Chaletta was sooooo helpful and patient. I have a foot injury, so I was being very picky and she kept trying, and I really appreciate it. She stayed positive the whole time. There were two other people working, and they all seemed like a good team - getting things done and making sure people were happy. I'm very grateful for experiences like the one I had, because sometimes you just need to try things on to get an idea of what you want. Chaletta said she just wanted me to be happy and have my feet feel good! Thank you Snipes on Broad team!! I appreciate you."

"Went here today to pick up a pair of shoes I'd been checking out for a gift. Google says this store closes at 8pm. I get there at 6:52. Pull on the door- it's locked. I see the staff standing around chatting. I'm confused. So I call and ask what time they close. She says 7pm. I'm like- ok, but it says 8 on Google and it's only 6:54 at this point. She says- I've already closed the register down. We're closed. And this is why stores go out of business. Biggest shopping week of the year and this chick can't be bothered to do her job and/or stay open until 7pm to make a sale on a $150 pair of shoes."

"What a fun store. They have a lot of cool stuff for young adults. I bought my kids some clothing here and they loved it. Their sneaker collection is of the most unique designs I've seen for the young adult. I even bought a pair that I liked because they were so cool. Everyone here that worked here was very friendly and helpful. They tend to hire younger people being a younger persons store, but I was impressed by how helpful they were and they seem to all work well together, i thought that was nice. Definitely will be stopping in here more."
