"Every time I had an appointment I did not have to wait long before I went back. Maybe 15 min max. Check in was good as well."

"I had an appt scheduled and never received a patient packet. Was sent it over email and informed by the receptionist that it could be digitally uploaded 30 min before my appt which was very false. Tried to call multiple times to reschedule appointment, ended up missing it because they would not answer my calls even 10 minutes after 9. Tried to leave a message and was disconnected. I received a call back after a missed appt and was told it would be 300$ to reschedule and I should’ve been more responsible with the patient packet. I was also told to go somewhere else. I’m very displeased and felt attacked and misled."

"Awful, awful place. Never returns your phone calls. Receptionist are very rude. Tells me to call for an appointment and to not come in but I cannot get ahold of anyone or get a call back to setup anything or have my dad's medications refilled. Will be getting a new neurologist!"

"This is my first review ever, and for me to have that bad of an experience says something. When I previously had been to this doctor it was very pleasant and the doctor was very nice. Today the experience was bad starting with the lady at the window, and I don’t know what the doctor ate for her breakfast but she was incredibly mean and unpleasant this time. High chances of me switching to say the least. Very unprofessional. Highly disappointed. Learn people skills from the window back."

"I have to call 20 times before I actually speak to someone. I asked for medical records to be faxed 2 weeks ago now I can’t get a hold of anyone to see why they were never faxed.been trying to call since 11.30 am it is now 3 pm and the phones still say they are closed for lunch. The doctor is even worse I had to switch because the doctor wouldn’t take be back out of work even after I had another seizer. He told me it has to happen at work for him to take me it. My company won’t allow me to operate heavy machinery when things like that keep happing. They couldn’t give me a answer on what is causing them. Or why I even had a brain bleed. I suffer from massive migraines after I had the stroke. Doctor told me just to deal with it. Even tho I can barely get up sometimes. Place is a joke. Hope someone else has a better experience"
