"My gf and I made the mistake of getting sole guards for our Christian Loubaton sneakers that looked awful, slid off the soles while walking, and left an incredibly sticky residue that clung to dirt. We tried for a month to get the stickiness off between goo gone, oil, even peanut butter but nothing worked. Shoe tech said I could bring it in, but made a suggestion I could try at home. AND IT WORKED! cost me less than $10 and cleared it right up for all four sneakers. Had to call them back and thank them. Saved me on repair and a drive and got nothing out of it themselves. So I had to leave a review. Will definitely be going there if/when I ever need actual repairs."
