"I hired the company to do a one-time cleaning on a home. Mr Bill came looked at the job stated what he could do and we agreed on what he stated , time frame and cleaning and cost. The cleaning was supposed to include the rugs. The rugs were not cleaned. When I addressed the problem with Mr Bill the first thing he state was his experience in the cleaning business, so I asked him if that's the best he could do. Mr Bill said yes , later he stated he would come back and look at it but that was unacceptable after he said yes twice."
