"This is not a review just trying to let stuff at office know about my experience in January 1 at 2024 I called to make an appointment for my 7 y old daughter, they were closed so I had to take her to Urgent Care for check up because of the pain in her tummy. Called back in January 2 nd 2024 to follow up with the doctor, called the doctors office but they were closed again so I left voice message fir on call nurse, she did called me back twice but I missed it because my phone doesn’t notify my no called is numbers. So I called back and asked to call me back with regular number. Have been waiting since then. No one has called back. What do I do ? Do I take her to Urgent care again? She tested negative for Covid, flu and rsv at Urgent care but her tummy has been aching non stop. Mild fever with 100 highest. Just wanted to see if I could check her properly and see why is tummy ache."

"Receptionist Sheila is terrible! She is not friendly and basically tries to talk you out of coming for a visit. She was dismissive and did not allow me to even make an appointment. I will be finding a new practice immediately! Absolutely ridiculous and never had a receptionist act the way she did. Plus you can’t get past the receptionist to even speak with your PCP. When you work at a doctors office you should at least care."

"I have been with Dr. Smith for over 12 years now and could not be happier with the professional care I have received from him. His is an amazing pediatrician and my children love to go to see him. Dr. Smith is compassionate, friendly, kind, patient and you can tell he loves his job and truly cares about his patients."

"We've been seeing Dr A for almost 4 yrs now. I don't love Dr Smith, but only because he's not as warm and friendly. We've had to see him during emergencies and I never had any issues with him. Dr A's love for children just pours out of her. My oldest child is almost 15 so we have been through a lot of doctors over the years. I've never felt more confident in the care of my children than I have with her. I first started seeing them about 4 years ago with my 32 weeker. Then 18 months later I had my daughter who was born at 34 weeks. Anytime I have called in the morning for an appointment that afternoon, I have always gotten in. If I called too late in the day they would have me called back 1st thing the next morning and see me with no issues. I really don't understand the people who gave this place a low score. While some of the office staff may not be super cheerful I've never had any issues. Plus they have really great hours which is a plus."

"We have been with Dr.Smith and Dr. A since we moved to Delaware when my now four year old was one. They both have a fantastic bedside manner and are extremely knowledgeable. We moved 30 minutes away and still stay with the practice because we love them so much. We had another baby in November, so now both of our kids are seen here. Both Dr. Smith and Dr. A take their time with each visit and ensure that every question we have is answered. They also both put me at ease because they are so thorough in exams and explanations to the parent. It is obvious that they both truly love working with children. This is practice that treats you like you matter and not like you’re just a number. I highly recommend Dr.Smith and Dr. A!"
