"UPDATE- my son has viral pneumonia!!! brought in my son with a fever, mind you he’s 11 months old. they were BUSY so i 100% expected to wait my turn, however, the waiting room just kept getting full, everyone coughing, everyone sitting close to each other. my son is 11 months old, can’t wear a mask even if you tried to put one on him. i sat in that waiting room for 6 hours, before someone finally told me it was best to take him somewhere else since they weren’t sure how long it was going to take until he was seen. my poor baby was uncomfortable, for 6 hours & they wait until the last minute to tell me to take him somewhere else. i’ll never be back."

"I came to the emergency room because of a dog bite. Didn't have a long wait in the waiting room, but the wait came once I got to the back. After my vitals were taken it took about 30 to 45 minutes for PA to check on me,another 20 min for a nurse bring in the pain medication. So far it's been about 3 hrs and they are not busy."

"Been sitting in the er for 2.5 hours. Just came to see if my finger needs stitches. Was immediately called back for vitals. And haven't seen or spoken to anyone since. If someone could just look at it and say yes or no it needs stitches would be great. I should have drive to Kent general. I'll never understand why they even built this hospital. Old milford hospital was so much better."

"I went on a Sunday and expected a wait but there were no patients in the waiting room. The back rooms were full but it didn't take long to get back to be seen. The staff was friendly and informative. They stopped by my room multiple times to give updates and to see if I needed anything. As well as made sure everything was clean and the trash was dumped multiple times. They really seemed to go out of their way. I was very pleased with my visit and the professionalism shown. I live 5 minutes from a hospital but drove 30mins to seek better care at Bayhealth and it was well worth it."
