"The nurse practitioner at this office would not give me my yearly mammogram slip as I would not agree to a Pap smear at age 69. Medicare apparently pays for seniors to have these ‘pap test’ physicals done every two years. I would advise Seniors to read the the American Cancer Society’s recommendation.I had had negative Pap smears my entire life and my last was 2 years ago. But the Practicioner insisted because Medicare paid for my physical- I MUST have it in order to get my mammogram slip. That was their office procedure.I asked her to chart that in my records I refused the Pap smear- and she said I would not get the mammogram slip then. I wondered how many other tests Seniors MUST GET in this office BECAUSE MEDICARE PAYS FOR IT? She then put me on with a male doctor who said ‘get your slip from your gp...I would NOT go to this office if you were a Senior. This office also called me this past July- 6 months after my mammogram- and told me they wanted me to make my mammogram and Pap smear physical because -you guessed- Medicare was paying for it! Very rude office and I believe trying to get as many Seniors as possible for unnecessary tests! Beware!"

"I spent the last 8 months in severe pain fighting against endometriosis and my Doctor at the time Dr. Kevin(Kameryn) Lee, who is supposed to specialize in endometriosis, never gave me the correct treatment. I’ve gone there for other issues as well and I felt like he was playing a guessing game each time and just giving me endless medications because he didn’t know what was wrong. I would not recommend this place, they’re just here to take your money and tell you nothings wrong so that you can come back in a few days because you’re worse off that days before."

"Extremely unhelpful. I called to make an appointment and the nurse called me back at 4:30 and sounded in a rush and never scheduled an appointment for me. When I said I couldn’t make a certain day she told me every other day is busy and did not try to make me a different appointment. All but hung up on me and I did not get the help I needed."

"The receptionists/nurses are excellent. Did not like the Dr. I felt like he spoke down to me, did not meet my needs and again another situation where a man wants to make a decision about a woman's body himself."

"Everyone single one of these ladies at the office go above and beyond to help! They actually take the time to help you! Incredible staff, the true definition of customer service! I wish I would have got all their names! I do believe Ayana is one of the ladies names!!! She was absolutely heaven sent, I was having a horrible day and needed to be seen ASAP and she took the the time to help me and just went above and beyond for me that day! She was a God sent!!!! I could go on and on about this group of ladies! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!"
