If you just need to be run through a system like cattle, this is the place for you. If you want to see an actual doctor, instead of PA’s and nurses, go elsewhere. If you value your healthcare provider to actually care about your health, go elsewhere. If you are seeking diagnosis for unknown illness or pain, definitely go elsewhere. They do not have the critical skill needed to provide such services."

"This office does not put health as the priority. Impossible to get a same day appointment even in serious circumstances or for a very sick child. I have had 3 separate, unrelated bad experiences at this office. DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE FOR HEALTH CARE!!! Cold, uncaring, unresponsive and frankly undereducated. "Thr doctors and nurses are really nice and qualified, but there aren't enough doctors. It's very difficult to see your own doctor. I have a new doctor after Dr. Gunn left, Courtney Pearson. I have not yet been able to see her. I just get the physician's assistant. My mom had a respiratory infection and needed to see her doctor right away, but again she saw the physician's assistant. Not only is it hard to see our doctor, but when we do, she doesn't know us or remember us. Our doctors don't know us because they have too many patients. How can doctors truly be effective with their patients when they don't know them. All we are is the chart in front of them. When Dr. Abbott was there, he knew who we were. He knew us by name. He knew our family. He remembered what he treated us for in the past. I felt like I received excellent treatment from him. I trusted him, and he was always there for us. PRMC Family Medical needs to stop putting the dollar before their patients. They need more doctors, so the doctors can get to know each patient and build a rapport. Again, they need to stop putting money before their staff and patients and get what this community needs, more doctors!"
