"2 stars only for a good location and the Dr treat the patient with respect. BUT is almost impossible to make contact with them . To get a refered to see a specialist takes for ever. To get lab works takes for ever and to see a Dr to know your results takes over a month . If you suffers from a serious problem I recommend you to go to ER first , there they will prescribe medication at least until the VA hospital deside to see you . Civilians gets better treat then Veterans . we need a better system or another VA clinic in this city so they can treat the veterans as rush. They deserve better treat."

"The doctor's are nice enough but they are absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. Every time my husband has an issue he can't call and get an appointment and is on hold forever. Half the time the phone disconnects. It won't send you to a voicemail and let you leave a message and they don't have any sort of email system to be found. He's gotten letters about not being seen in awhile but half the reason is because when you call you literally can't get through."
