"It’s ashame how these patients get treated. They get their meals cold and the menu is pathetic. The staff will make fun of patients which offends me. Years ago it was a great place everyone was so nice and accommodating. I would go in and the patients would all come up and thank you for coming in. These individuals have been through a lot and the administration only cares about money. It breaks my heart to know how they are being treated. The new admin they hired is the rudest individual and doesn’t know how to handle his job, which is sad. I’m not stopping on this review if you feel good about how you treat these handicap individuals, you are one sad person. I will see to it that these friends of mine get the treatment they deserve since you don’t,"

"I was recently at a location where the Peach Tree staff took their residents on an outing and observed a staff member humiliating one of the disabled residents publicly. When I called to report the staff member, the director of the facility, Kyle Whelan, refused to take my call. So I emailed him and followed up 3 weeks later. No reply, not even a "Thank you for bringing this to my attention." Nothing. It makes you wonder how the staff act in private when no one's watching."
