"I used this company for approximately for 4 1/2 months, two cleanings a week, for our campground. During this time, we had at least 5 different people show up. The person assigned to our job kept sending other people. Two of the months, they didn't show up to do the job at all. This month, they were supposed to do a deep clean on Friday, 10/15. On Sunday, my GM called and informed me they didn't show. He notified his contact and they assured him they would be out that day. No Show. I called a supervisor on Monday, (our scheduled day) and he said they could be out Tuesday. I questioned that and also told him that if someone wasn't there on Monday, I was cancelling the contract. Again, I was assured that they would definitely be there. Tuesday morning I received a call, another NO SHOW. I called the supervisor and let him know this and told him the company was fired. All he said was "Sorry, we'll adjust the bill". I suppose I'm supposed to pay them for not showing up??? They are all bosses and no one to actually clean. I would have given a "0" if possible. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company."
