Beebe Urology Lewes

"Was referred to a physician in this practice by Beebe ER after having been successfully treated for a kidney stone in the ER a month ago. However, was assigned to a PA instead of a doctor without my consent. Due to misdirection from software and infamous Rt 1 traffic I was 15 min late and turned away even though office didn't seem busy. Got notification today that I missed my appointment, which isnt true. Don't know why Beebe Health believes referral to a physician assistant in a urology practice is better than follow up with my primary care physician, other than feeding a specialty practice financially."

"Didn’t get to see Dr Paul on short notice so they scheduled me with a “ tech” Entire visit I felt like i was an inconvenience. She told me twice that maybe the problem i was experiencing was just in my head ! I didn’t appreciate being treated like an 8 year old! She knew me for 10 minutes and yet felt comfortable saying that to me. Dr Paul has always been very nice to me, office staff as well. I wont be going to Lewes office again & wont see anyone other than Dr. Paul in the future."

"Staff, Nurses and Doctors are so Friendly and Polite. Not one of your Doctors you want to visit but when you have to go to a Urologist, these are the Doctors to visit."

"I could give them zero stars I would! They moved my appointment back 3 months then 6 months back. Without regard to an issue that I’m having. Besides that I’ve called a number of times and they never pick up the phone. In short the worst office I’ve dealt with in years !!!!"
