From scheduling the appointment, to getting a courtesy call letting me know that it was possible that they might be a little outside the window (which they were not), to the cleaning crew coming in on time, being friendly, moving my bed frame back for me, and easy to get along with. "5 star service from two top notch Stanley Steamer technicians! They were on time and quick to start. Very professional and courteous. Performed a complete cleaning of all our vents and ducts. We also had them also perform a dryer vent cleaning and were very pleased we did! Can’t believe how much lint was in the dryer vent exhaust. Will be sure to have it done every year! And every 4 years for the entire house vents. Look forward to breathing better. Thank you! Will recommend to my neighbors and friends."

"Arrived 30 mins past end of timeframe. The guys were very polite however. Left streaks on couch cushions. Some cushions the dirt didn’t even lift. First time they have cleaned my furniture and probably my last."
