"Out of state insured beware! I have Blue Cross Blue Shield/ United healthcare. New practice at BayHealth requires upfront payment before submitting to insurance… before seeing doctor. I learned this after making appointment, and clearing my schedule, and driving to the facility. My future medical needs will be addressed at Beebe and Tidal Health… where apparently my insurance is desired!"

"Highly recommend Bayhealth ER/Urgent Care. Had a situation with my husband who had a massive headache. I loved this place because (1) when you don't know whether you need a Walk in Clinic or the ER - go here and you don't have to decide and (2) the staff - each and every one of them was amazing! Had we gone to a walk in clinic they would not have had the ability to diagnose my husbands problem. As it ended up we needed ER as and they very quickly discovered the issue and came up with a game plan to move him to Bayhealth Hospital (who also did an amazing job). I hope to never be in a situation when I need urgent or ER care, but if I do I will absolutely come here!"
