"A month ago, I had a bad experience. I brought a hand-beaded beaded, delicate gown to the cleaners. When I mentioned that it must be treated gently, the Chinese lady who was "helping" me with the cleaning order, grabbed my gown and threw it down with force into a nearby basket !!! When I mentioned that all the {heavy} beading was pure glass and the gown should be treated very carefully, she pretended not to hear me. HORRIBLE and extremely RUDE behavior of this worker ! I saw her working on the back room when I went to pick up my gown. Owners should take this review seriously and make amends."
