"They really went above and beyond for my family. I had sent in a request for a quote back in the summer of 2021. It took a long time to convince my parents that a deep cleaning was needed for their house. They finally agreed and I went back to the estimate that was given to us and agreed to it. They sent us a message stating since that was an estimate in July and it's now December it may not be possible due to the holiday. I fully understood and Christine was so patient with me. I let her know that it was OK if it had to wait until the following year as it's so late to get it done but they squeezed us in. They were so professional about everything making sure they got all the details about what was needing to be done and was our main focus was. I have yet to go to the property but my dad's words were "I couldn't even recognize our bedroom after they were done cleaning." which is high praise from him.
