"Poor customer service and Hispanic female at the front desk like to be confrontational with customers instead of helping them understand the problem at hand. Will be moving my care from there to another provider since they obviously don’t like to support patients that are referred to them from the Air Force base. If I wanted to be talked to rudely I would go to a Walmart. Probably would be better to have someone in the customer service or “face of the provider” role who has emotional intelligence and the ability to articulate while applying critical thinking in conflict resolution."

"The Dr did not believe me when I told him all I had done to move my bowels, and only ordered me to do more colonoscopy prep. I had no bowel movements in over a week. Dr went with a CT scan that was done 4 days ago. And that CT scan mentioned my uterus and ovaries, which is amazing cause I had a total hysterectomy 25 years ago. Dr did not care for me as a patient. I never want to give a bad report about anyone but I want to spare others the pain of a Dr that doesn't care."

"Films clearly indicated that my gallbladder was preparing to burst....Dr didn't look at films, didn't examine me, yawned 100 times, told me I needed a colonoscopy. When I told him to look at the film to see the multiple gallstones, he said, 'well, it doesn't bother you all time time so let's not worry about it". Staff looked lazy, unkempt - clothes were wrinkled - seemed uncaring. Never will I ever go there again."
