Beebe Primary Care Georgetown

"I’ve been with Dr. DeJesus for about 10 years and he is a good doctor but after going to Beebe primary care in Georgetown, service has been horrible because of Beebe. For the past six months, they’ve been billing incorrectly and it has been a fight just to get billing corrected. In my opinion, the doctor’s supporting staff appears to be quite lazy and incompetent at their jobs. It is sad when good doctors look bad because of their supporting staff."

"This review does not include my family doctor Evangelista, would get five stars but administration is horrible. On OCTOBER 13th I called and it rolled over to voice mail. My question was how to I get a script for physical therapy for balance; one I had before; like do I have to have an appointment. Pivot therapy called before this and could not get a straight answer. I then went on to the patient portal and asked the same question. No response. I am writing this on NOVEMBER 6th. A few years ago I had a question I needed answered and the same thing happened. This is not an isolated instance. I wish my doctor would go to Bayhealth."

"This place would not see me even tho I was seen before had both insurance cards just not my id but a pic on my phone of it! Just worked a double the night before and I can’t breath and coughing and can’t swallow and she refused to see me! Was not nice at all! I was like I can’t show you my driver Id on my phone or on dmv online since I left it in my servers apron from work last night she was like no so now I’m in the waiting room coughing having trouble breathing and snot flying! Don’t expect to be treated with any kindness or care at this place!"
