"The single most hostile business I have found in Lewes. I came in to ship several packages, one is international and I have a prepaid waybill and customs declaration: but I needed a medium fedex shipping box. Oh no, the owner YELLS at me that's HER PROPERTY. Get over yourself, I have a fedex business acount - and those supplies are free. This woman is out of control, totally unprofessional and I will never, ever step foot in her business again. If you're a business owner, make the drive to Salisbury and avoid her. edit: what the Manager responded with is non factual. There's not a "back room" there's a stack of boxes against the wall in a filthy business. She literally yelled at me for walking *towards* the boxes. I told the Fedex Manager what happened and she encouraged me to file a complaint: those are fedex property, not hers. Have a nice day. People like you shouldn't have businesses."

Victoria (I believe she is the owner.) could not have been more unpleasant to work with, and I say that in the kindest way possible. Please, for the sake of your sanity, please go to a facility where you will be treated with the dignity and respect that any human being ought to be treated with, and not simply as an object to have your hard earned money extorted from. For your convenience, I am including within this review the distances from this facility to other similar facilities where you are sure to get better service, a better price, be treated like an actual human being, and where you will not end up feeling like you've been swindled and raked over the coals, all for a few extra bucks. UPS - 0.8 miles FedEx - 1.6 miles USPS - 2.1 miles"

"First, to simply print a new label for my FedEx package was $5.25. Second, the customer service is abysmal. Before I could even give attitude, attitude was given in spades. Run for the hills! They are banking you are a desperate tourist and have zero empathy for your shipping needs. Also, be aware, FEDEX picks up 15+ minutes early on days with inclement weather, and the shop keepers seem quite happy to inform their customers of this. (after the fact) Just find some place else, if at all possible. We will. And we ship a ton while here on weekends and holidays. Hard lessons learned. But definitely learned.
