"Similar stories as other customers. While dropping off I asked for a receipt to show I dropped off the package to Action Shipping and Mailboxes. Guy behind the counter stated “we don’t offer receipts. And I have heard this same refrain before. I guess they save the $0.01 on ink and paper because by the time the customer is done begging and pleading, they certainly do not save on employee salary. The problem is, like other customers, my package never actually went out. I check every day and that package never goes out. I don't like to call these people because all they do is argue. They argue in the store, they argue on the phone. They have never honestly done what they said. I have sent more than one fed-ex package. Luckily UPS has more outlets because this place is terrible."

"I sent out a package with them. Paid 39! It got?sent back to them. I had to resend and pay another 40! How the hell does it cost 80 to send a package to Florida? They charged me twice!! I will NEVER go there again! If I knew I would be paying again I would have just went to the post office!"
