"I'm writing this because my wife had such a horrible experience here. First, we went here because it is right down the street from our house. Then, they made her run around to all of their South Jersey locations to meet all of the doctors. Instead of scheduling her when the doctors were in Woolwich, they made a pregnant lady drive all around. Second, because of this she could not get good care. The different doctors were constantly contradicting each other. She had a complicated pregnancy and had complications on her 2 pregnancies before, but some of the doctors simply didn't believe her. She had to just pick one of their good doctors and refuse to be seen by any of the others. In the end, her lab numbers came back exactly like she said they would and they had to induce her, like she told them they would. Third, their receptionist are just rude. After our son was born, he was hospitalized for RSV. They called her when she was in the NICU with him because she missed an appointment and chewed her out. She never made a post-birth appointment and they never followed up. Fourth, the staff that run their disability and NJ Maternity/Paternity leave process are also really rude and nasty. This was my 3rd kid, I know the process and know what I was doing, but they argued with me and gave me attitude every step of the way. They said that they asked every doctor about a lifting restriction post birth and none of them have ever heard of it, even though it was clearly listed on the discharge paperwork. It was absolutely horrible trying to get them to approve her state benefits. My son was born over a year and a half ago and I'm still mad at this place for the way her and I were treated. Avoid it at all cost."

"Terrible, terrible place. I had only started coming here because of dr bispo but he literally left this practice with no notice. All of the other drs here i did not have a good experience with throughout my pregnancy. My appointments were always rushed and the doctors were not personable at all. They do not care about you or your baby, they just want to get your appointment over with. Not only that but it seems like this practice is constantly switching doctors out. Very weird. None of the doctors remember you because you’re constantly seeing a new doctor. Only person who remembered me and was friendly was Dr Bispo. My friend also went here and they were very mean to her throughout her pregnancy, shaming her for her weight and pushing her to do things she was not okay with. Dr Luciano Bispo was the only good doctor here. Shame he left. And oh my god, don't even get me started on the wait times for someone to answer the phone. Why is there one phone for 6 offices???"

"I had an initial appointment set as a new patient but had missed it due to a last minute work obligation. When I tried to reschedule, I found out I had been blacklisted from the practice. I would completely understand if the missed appointment resulted in an extra fee or if they had to extend the date. I believe this treatment is a failure to the community they pretend to serve, being one of the only local practices in the area that accept my insurance. They offered nothing in terms of other places I could reach out to. If you are a person with a busy work schedule, I would not count on this company to place value in your health, as their abrupt dismissal of me was a clear indication of their lack of service and disregard before I even had a chance to walk through the door."

"As someone who is not accustomed to writing negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience with this doctor's office. When I first became pregnant in April 2022, I chose this office because it was the closest one to my house. However, at every appointment, I felt rushed and like my concerns and health issues were not being taken seriously. This was a problem with multiple doctors, and unfortunately, it resulted in a stillbirth in October. Afterward, I decided to stick with just one doctor instead of seeing multiple ones at multiple locations. However, a few months later, I became pregnant again, and this pregnancy also ended in a miscarriage. At that point, I decided to switch to Penn Medicine and was finally able to get to the bottom of the internal issues that were being completely ignored by the doctors at the Inspira locations specifically Woolwich office, despite having undergone numerous ultrasounds. In short, I would not recommend this office to anyone. My experience was very unprofessional and horrible, and I made a huge mistake by continuing to go there. If you are looking for a doctor's office for your pregnancy, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere."

"The awesome girl at the front desk (Carlie? I hope I'm remembering that correctly) fit me in today last minute to check out some worries/pains that Ive been having. In my previous experience and with my experience today, I have not felt rushed with Dr. Hanson. She remembers details and really takes time to answer any questions or concerns you have. I'm grateful to have found this company for the great people I've so far encountered at the front desk and the ability to be seen by a great doctor."
