"Very disappointed in this practice. I presented for patch testing in December and before I made my decision to do this I asked about the financial responsibility for me. Apparently the techs are not supposed to give that information to patients. Instead of telling me that either she didn’t know that information or could not be the one to deliver that information, she told me “you will only be responsible for your three co-pays for your three visits.” Given this information, I consented to the patch testing, scheduled the three appointments, attended them, and paid my co-pays each time. A month later I got a bill for $250, which was my deductible. I am not suggesting that the billing or my patient responsibility was wrong. I just absolutely couldn’t believe that the tech promised me information that she didn’t know. If I had even one iota of a hint that this bill would come back to me I would not have done the testing. I feel tricked. All she had to say was, I don’t know, you should check with your insurance company. My customer service experience was almost as bad. I called to ask for an explanation of the bill and I was told ““I’m sorry you were told that you wouldn’t have any other responsibility. Nobody should be telling you that. But I don’t know what else to say.” I said this is so wrong and that I won’t be coming back to this practice anymore. She said “okay!” and hung up on me while I was saying thank you for your time! Crazy!!! I decided to call back the next day to see if I could speak to a manager. The same woman picked up the phone and said “we’re a bit busy right now.” I said ‘so I can’t speak to a manager even at a later time?’ She said “We just have a lot going on right now. I know what my manager will tell you anyway.” That’s just not an acceptable answer, very poor customer service, and tells the patient that your problem is not important to us. I said “we’’re all busy. I need to speak to a manger.” Then magically she was able to put a manager on the phone with me. The manager said that the tech shouldn’t have told me what she did but that it’s my responsibility now. I couldn’t believe that she acknowledged that the tech made a mistake but would not make any attempt to make up for that mistake that THEIR staff made. I felt tricked into doing this allergy testing. As a healthcare practice it is 100% in their ability (and actually very commonly) to waive fees if. I’ve never written a review before and don’t often complain, which tells you how ethically wrong this was."

"Dr Chloe Payne rarely took time to answer my questions and concerns, and every clinic visit was unpleasant. It has been several months since switching to a new provider and Dr Payne has yet to transfer my medical records, which is necessary for accurate, ongoing care."

"I wish I could give them a 0 star. I have been here to know the reason for my breakouts. Visiting Dr. Payne from June 2023, they don’t even examine you closely all they want is money and will prescribe you with unwanted creams without knowledge on your skin. I started using the prescribed creams which then gave a reaction and allergy on my face (my breakouts did not stop). To cover this up they gave me another prescription of creams to cure my allergic reaction and asked me to stop using first prescribed cream. I tried to return them the cream that is not used (seal not opened) and they don’t even care to take it (all they say is no refunds accepted). I don’t understand what will I do with it. One thing that I noticed is they prescribed the same set of creams RX to everyone who is visiting. To me it looks like this is a new way of making money and not a place for treatment."
