"I moved into town a few weeks ago and had an issue getting into my mailbox. I came into this post office and they gave me keys, telling me that they would replace the lock on my mailbox this past Monday. It’s already Friday and they still haven’t done it yet. Disappointed with their lack of service."

"Put 10 letters in mail box in the Harrington PO on 5 Oct and not one has reached the destination and funny thing is one was to WSFS across street and I realise it needs to go to the regional sort first but ts 23 days later. That's why people are getting over due chages. Fix something in this process USPS. Unacceptable in all areas of delivery support to your home town residents"

"Terrible!!! I NEVER get my packages delivered the day it says out for delivery!!!!! Also, they NEVER leave the key in my mailbox to get my package and I literally have to wait until I see the mail person dropping off mail!!! Nothing but problems the last several packages!!! Ughh downhill.........."

"Mostly it's the same as all other post offices. I rated it low because lying to cover your delivery mistake then trying to blame the customer is pretty low and not acceptable."

"For the first time I am disappointed in this location. I have taken packages to this location several times to return them to a store they were purchased from, but this is the first time I have been refused service because I did not have my package taped. The gentleman that I usually see there tapes my boxes with no problem. So, I had to carry my package back out and drive to Dollar General to buy packaging tape when the post office has endless amounts. I've been given scotch tape for my envelopes before but with this new employee, I better keep a supply of scotch tape and packaging tape in my vehicle."
