"Occupation physical and Drug screening. If you are going for a Drug screen they will not allow children with you. Unless you have someone to watch them while you go back for the screening. They do not give narcotics Call 1-866-Baydocs. There are 2 buildings on the site. Fast and friendly service so far. They were able to get me in when other locations could not. I had to drive a ways to get here but they atleast got me in today."

"The staff are amazing, they're friendly and courteous. The wait times are less than desirable. I'm losing even more time at work the more time I'm sat here waiting to be seen. Got here 20 minutes early for an appointment, here it is 50 minutes later and still haven't seen a doctor."

"Spent almost 3 hours there to get a medical certification card for DOT. I understand that certain paperwork complications came up, no big deal. Hours later they call me and tell me that they put last years date on the card, therefore they issued me a card that's already expired. The plan was for them to fax me a copy, I sign it, fax it back and then they mail me the original. Then after leaving plans with friends to go hook up a fax machine at my house, I call them back and they said they weren't sure they could fax it because of HIPAA. Its basic medical knowledge that you can't email things, but have to either fax or mail them. I am now expected to drive all the way back there to sign it. The kicker is that my appointment was supposed to be on Friday, but I went in on Wednesday because I was being sent out of state for work all week, and I have to get it submitted to DOT before my current card expires."
