"I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea. So I had to receive a cpac machine. I really wasn’t looking forward to that. Reluctantly I went to American Homepatient to fitted and receive the equipment. I had the pleasure to encounter a technician whom I only know as, “ Dawn “. I was an hour early, she was kind enough to direct me to a great pizza shop near by while I waited for my appointment. Once the time arrived for my appointment she got the equipment, helped me choose the best face type mask for me, and explained the operation of the equipment. She was patient, polite and personable. Quite knowledgeable about sleep apnea and the equipment. It was an awesome experience. When I believed something was wrong with my machine I called and she was there to assist me. Turned out nothing was wrong with the machine, it was an app related issue. American Homepatient has a very good staff base."
