"When I came in the cold in my appointment it said it was closed, and it was FREEZING for me so I had to walk and run to find the right place, and the address that they gave me for the place lead me to there. They even told me in email,text, and more. They did nothing and didint even tell me it was closed. When I booked the appointment they said it was open at the time and it ended up not being? I feel tricked by this and I’ll never be there again. As a response to the owner, my mother was in my account while typing this and she told me that they had her number and name, and they had told her that 5pm Friday was an avaible time for her but when she checked there it was apparently closed.
