"Went for a visit to Dr Tesheido. Arrived at 3:30 for my 3:45 appt. At 5:00 I asked to be rescheduled. An hour and a half wait is ridiculous and I was not even the next patient to be taken! The scheduler talked me into waiting a little longer. Needless to say At 5:15 I rescheduled. My time is just as important as theirs. The patient ahead of me had been waiting 2 hours.. and was still waiting when i left.The entire staff had left except for the poor woman who had to stay and schedule the remaining patients for their next appointments. She deserves a raise."
"A well-rounded practice. I have been a patient with ENT & Allergy for over 15 years. I was a patient of Dr. Kim's unlit he retired and I was happy enough to move to Dr. Jiao. He is very personal and friendly, and most importantly he is extremely knowledgeable about people's allergies and making the correct serum to make you feel better throughout the year. The staff is also very professional and caring about making sure you get your medications and your scripts taken care of you. My only concern is your yearly check-ups used two consist of having your doctor listen to your breathing, check your ears and your throat, and even take a culture to ensure that you're healthy and there's nothing complicated to affect your asthma or allergies or breathing. I'm not too sure if that's an insurance thing but I know it sure will be helpful and their winter time when you have the flu going on RSV and still the Coronavirus."
