"Love my doctor and all. But like I’m completely out of my meds. I tried calling 4x to the office and it just keeps ringing until it hits voicemail. Idk if the practice got shut down or if they’re just ignoring me. But regardless they can not do that…especially with the type of meds I’m on. I didn’t want to do this but now I have to go idk how many days without my meds. Some bullshhh."

"My nurse practitioner is super helpful and really gets me. However, for weeks on end I try to call to pay my bill, to schedule an appointment. No dice. I called last Thursday, spoke to someone on Monday about my bill and she never called me back. I am now out of one of my meds and stressed about getting a refill. Again my nurse practitioner is a perfect fit for me. The office staff has got to make changes in order to serve folks that have mental health diagnosis.. FYI their lunch ends at 2 pm. I’ve called at 2:13 no answer I’ve called at 3:38. This is horrible that I can not get what I need. DO BETTER OFFICE STAFF AND SHAME on YOU. What happens when I start to go into withdrawals? This is not the first time this has happened."

"Care is good but ... billing and administration is a nightmare. Great services provided; but they do not have their act together when it comes to billing, insurance and payments. I've been requested to make multiple payments which were already made and then they threaten to put you into collections - even if you're already made your payments. Make sure you document and track each and every payment closely."

"Highly disappointed. I scheduled as a new client in Feb and was giving a date for March 14th. Yesterday, I received a call that my appointment for "today" is canceled because they are not seeing new patience. The level of incompetence. How does that help me? I lost a whole month....It seems so hard to get quality care."
