"On two separate occasions, I have had the pleasure to speak with Cathy, a medical assistant on Dr. Denstman's staff. Each time, Cathy treated me with respect, and a displayed a true willingness to help me. I asked many questions and didn't have all the information I should have, but Cathy still was very patient with me. Too often, employees are quick to dismiss a customer because they just don't want to be bothered. Every once in a while, you come across a great one. Thank you, Cathy. Good job!"

"Office staff was nice Dr. Dentsman is very matter of fact and rude. Told me outright that he wouldn't do surgery until I completely quit smoking and with no smoking aids. I also waited a long time. He wasn't going to examine me but then had me go into exam room Without telling me what he was doing. Thankfully there was an assistant in there but I also felt very awkward. I'm still trying to find a colorectal surgeon. He's supposed to be an excellent surgeon but Don't want to have him do my surgery."

"Took my husband for a surgical follow up today. At his first follow up 3 weeks ago the front desk girl loudly asked asked if he was vaccinated and when he replied no she said Well next time you need to bring a negative Covid test with you taken 3 days prior to visit. When we presented his negative home Covid test she replied they don’t accept those. Well if the government is mailing them to households for free then they should be accepted. We were never told the test had to be taken at a testing facility. We were treated rudely and made to wait in the HALLWAY until the doctor agreed to see us."

"TMI: I wish I read reviews before going to this office. I was seen by Dr. Frederick Dentsman and I never felt more uncomfortable and violated leaving a doctors office. He walked in 45 mins late and said nothing. I didn't mention my wait because I'm too nice to complain about waiting, but I was quite upset when I tried to greet him and he ignored me. After 10 minutes of Dr. Dentsman looking for reasons to NOT examine me, he took me into an exam room. He didn't leave when changing my pants, he didn't explain what he was doing before doing so, and he inserted objects several times with no warning or words exchanged. This is clearly already a very uncomfortable visit to begin with and he just made it so much worse. I felt sick leaving that office and I just wanted to cry. Ladies I urge you to go elsewhere."

"Wish 0 stars was an option. Staff was rude, advised me I was unable to see a different doctor within the practice unless the doctor I was not satisfied with agreed to it. They told me they would check and call me back. That was over a week ago. I guess the doctor did not approve. I was in severe pain when attempting to make my appointment and was offered no rush appointment or advice otherwise. During my initial appointment, I was diagnosed and dismissed with no treatment plan. The doctor I saw ( I wont name out of respect) is an older gentleman who refuses to utilize new treatments and technology. Maybe time to retire? Thanks for nothing. I was left with no choice but to travel 40 miles away for treatment. Still better than going here."
